Position: Junior Sous Chef Location: The Restaurant @ Wyncote – Oxford, PA Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
● Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
● Lead and supervise a section of the kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish
● Contribute to menu development, weekly features, and dinner events
● Uphold cleanliness and organization of the kitchen according to health and safety standards
● Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
● Help manage inventory, prep lists, and ordering as needed

What We’re Looking For:
● 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
● Strong cooking skills and understanding of a scratch kitchen
● A team-fi rst mentality and the ability to stay calm under pressure
● Excellent communication and time management skills
● Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within a culinary-driven environment

Wyncote Golf Club is accepting applications for all Front-of-the-House and Culinary positions for The Restaurant @ Wyncote. We are seeking individuals who want to be part of a great team with a great culture. The right individual is someone who is mature and wants the experience of being part of a team. Upscale casual dining and private club experience is not required but preferred. RAMP certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Above industry average hourly, plus tips (potential earnings of $18.00 – $30.00 per hour)

Front-of-the-house positions will provide a professional Food and beverage experience to guests in the Pub, Patio, or Private Dining Room while adhering to the Club’s policies and procedures. Members of our Culinary team will thoughtfully prepare each menu item to our Chef’s specifications for our guests to enjoy.

The golf shop staff assists and registers customers for play. Applicants’ duties include but are not limited to assisting with tee times, merchandise, receiving greens fees, tournaments, leagues, and outings. Good interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and customer service skills are a must.

The starter/ranger maintains tee times, and pace of play, and goes above and beyond the day-to-day to ensure the customers have a pleasant golfing experience. Applicant must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to handle customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

Outside service personnel are the front line of communication with our customers. This is crucial in ensuring that all customers have an enjoyable day at Wyncote. Applicant must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to handle customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Duties include but are not limited to, staging and cleaning of golf cart fleet, helping with on-course situations, maintaining practice areas, & servicing golfers with food & beverages during their day of play.
